Quest2Travel is a corporate travel management software acquired by MakeMyTrip in 2019. Quest2Travel consistently works on enhancing its platform which has over 200 clients including Tata Motors, Aditya Birla Group, Times Group, HDFC Ergo and Thermax. [1]
Corporate Travel Management Software empowers organizations to streamline the process of arranging travels and managing all travel-related expenses while complying with corporate travel policies. The software allows employees to book, manage and track trips without the intervention of any specialist agents. [2]
The aim of the project was to redesign the Quest2Travel platform for a seamless experience. The experience was reimagined in order to align with MakeMyTrip design guidelines and to optimise the requisition process.
I was responsible for defining the interaction design of critical aspects in the requisition flow.
