Samsung Upgrade is a retail smartphone exchange program that allows customers to buy a brand new Samsung phone for a discounted price by exchanging their old phone.
Upgrade 2.0 was an initiative to revamp the previous Upgrade journey to achieve various business and design goals as follows:

I was the primary interaction designer for this project. As the goals for this project were driven primarily by the business & product teams, most important task was aligning and communicating with the stakeholders to design the perfect user journey.
It also involved working along with the development team to understand the technical differences of Samsung vs. Android vs iOS journeys. Based on this understanding a unified journey was designed that seamlessly scales across all platform.
After the definition of the user flows, I worked closely with the GUI designer on the project to convert the interactions to a visually compelling experience.
